I agree, the real market is china at the moment, but there's no harm in expanding to other markets in Asia region at the same time. Market for organic products in asia is growing rapidly, consumers are becoming more aware of the benefits, I don't see why bellamy can't be popular in other asian countries as well.
You will find that places like HK, Vietnam and Korea, speciality stores make up a major channel for organic products, not in pharmacies. I did a quick search online and found at least 5 speciality stores in HK that sell Bellamy IF. See links below. Most of them have brick and mortar stores around HK as well.
