Thanks for the correction. In the back of my mind I thought it was an approximate 50% increase on a share price around $4.30 at the time, but should have checked before committing to writing. Certainly not intended to mislead. We're still trading at a discount in respect to that 'offer', so SH are entitled to think they are worth more than the current SP.
