I'm one of the mugs that purchased shortly after IPO. Luckily I didn't participate in the rights issue because this company seems to be going in only one direction. One of the many things that frustrate me with this stock is the way the press releases were managed prior to right issue. All looked wonderful. What happens after rights issue? Next to nothing... Where are the continued releases with all the good news? What is just luck that prior to rights issue we secured all these new contracts or was the release of information more calculated? We have all these "major contract win" "new contract secured" "major contract renewed" but what does this all mean? All the company does is release all this wonderful information and at the same time it loses money. My view is that this company have a technology which on paper makes sense to corporatize but they don't have the corporate expertise/business acumen to execute. Once again my view only; founders don't necessarily make the best CEO's. If this company is to succeed some changes need to be made. Changes to the board and changes to the management. No disrespect to anyone but we need the right people in the right seats.
