I've not seen anything definitive announced yet Chris741 have you? Or did you mean that you can see the connection being made between the MoA changes and ECTL licensed technologies.
I've invested in some real dogs over the years, and been taken in by mendacious management hype which resulted in the burning of some of my family's money (and we don't have enough to be burning it, that's for sure), so I certainly understand the impulse to be highly skeptical. And as several have said, with smallcap specs its not in the bag till its in the bag (and even then it sometimes creeps back out when you're not watching).
That said, sometime you have to allow the possibility that what you are being told might actually be true, the future might actually be bright, and the company making plan might actually be executed. Speed bumps, reversals, misunderstandings... sure.
In this case we are seeing (frequently courtesy of OM) some movements on the ground in India that are pretty hard to explain as other than NLC preparing to get significantly involved in Coldry/Matmor. It seems like some here (not saying you) are willing to pile improbability upon conspiracy on top of deceit as explanations like some sort of Peeking Acrobats Chair Balancing routine rather than allow even the possibility that this might have legs.
Not proven legs, not in-the-bag revenue, not go-on-holidays-to-the-Caribbean-because-the money's-all-but-in-the-bank but lets at least consider the possibility that this might happen and lets think about how the financing and revenues might look.
All I ask is a little less relentless naysaying (again, not aimed at you). Maybe that would even help keep the happy clappers hyperbole in check - I certainly understand that that sort of thing is pretty dangerous as well.
