Just thinking this out a bit further...if a world pandemic broke out involving respiratory tract infections, although resapp may not be able to immefiately diagnose a specigic influenza related cough, the fact it could differentiate it as a potential dangerous influenza vs asthma or COPD etc. Allowing quarantining of incoming passengers until more tests were done.
We all saw the global reaction to SARS , Ebola and most recently Zika. These kind of global infectious diseases can erupt at anytime and Im sure resappcan be positioned in some cases as a screening application.
