When your a tiny oiler trying to raise $47Mil in a tough market knowing most small shareholders won't put their hands in their pockets you have to make it attractive to those who are prepared to front up...its just that simple.
There is a good chance we will be able to buy at the same price as the supporters soon but I doubt many will they just prefer to think they are hard done by...
