    1. From the above we learn that AZZ acquired the Northern Star and Big Star around July 2011.

    2. From the above it is possible that the earliest lease expiry is 3 years + 2 year option = July 2016.

    July 2016 < Lease Expiry < January 2018

    Why would AZZ not disclose this material information, if the proposed exetnsion date is March 2016 (potentially beyond when the leases expire)?
