MMX made an offer of 30 cents, and since then some important factors have changed.
All permits are in, plus resource has increased.
Transport and port costs have reduced and China is after better quality ore.
FMS has it all, and ore price's are now on the way up.
Yes, the ore price just as a rough estimate may have halved, but with all the above, does this not point to a 15Cent value per share as a starting point?
