    Thanks again Bull for your flattering remarks.

    Given that this innovative company specialises in the design (and constant improvement) of these hand build rotary engines, I am confident that MJP made the right choice in choosing Rotron as their preferred engine supplier. Their apparent aim is to become the Rolls Royce of UAV engine builders. They seem to have a holistic approach, also thinking of other components, including noise reduction solutions. Here is a link to their muffler site. I have now looked at several videos of airframes that are using these rotary engines and they just 'purr', especially compared to the engines used in the 4 registered MJP pre-production models. I have also flown (as a passenger) in a rotary engine powered microlight and the 'noise' was much more bearable than that on the 2-stroke motorbike I owned at the time. Also, less vibration, great power to weight ratio and much better fuel economy with these rotary engines. There was no mention in MJP's latest ASX announcement regarding engine delivery dates, other than "Testing will continue as we move to align the engine delivery with the production build". So hopefully, the following roadmap still applies:
