This is just emboldening the capper, who feels confident that no-one is going to step in and line wipe there stock, so they are now waiting on the weak holders to unload there stock at 3.2 & 3.1 cents ahead of the notice of meeting.

After all if you think good news is coming, its natural to think the share price will go up accordingly, since its not it starts to make you wonder hmm maybe its got bad news in it ..................the pro's are preying on peoples minds.
