Whether issued shares reach 2 billion in the short term will be ultimately governed by any Dec option exercise. However given the frequency at which these guys issue/dilute, the issued shares may still reach 2 bill at some stage even without op exercise (which IMO will be the case).
Should 2b be on issue a 1c up move equates to a 20m increase in MC... not loose change!! IMO they will need to put some serious runs on the board to justify a 2c SP
