There is a big difference between a CR for development and one made for survival. I think many here still see PLS as a start-up spec stock, and at 2c it was possibly true. However, now it is a genuine goer and those (mainly traders I guess) who sold expecting to come back later at somewhere in the 40c to 50c range simply were ignorant of the difference.
However, there might be a lot of small 'profit taking' sales after the allocation of SPP shares.
