Tab. Todd cannot buy above their Bidders Statement price without announcing an amendment to the Bidders Statement. By now Todd must realise that 1.3c is nowhere near the mark and are probably waiting for the Target Statement to be released before a possible revised offer. I sure hope those third party discussions come to something soon and would love to see Todd miss the FMS choo choo! Sweet justice?
