    I am not sure the ADULT milk powder is on the 'positive list' or not.But i have checked Tmil and JINGDONG.There is still have milk powder for sale now.I also still can post ADULT milk powder to my friends now.

    I am sure the UHT milk has removed from 'positive list'.
