    Im going to stick with BKL only...the short positions are frantically decreasing on BKL

    The short positions are increasing drastically on BAL for some reason, check it out on shortman

    BKL is looking a fair bit healthier for some reason... the reason there has been no dramatic bounceback IMO is supression from the short positions keeping it low to close out
