Actually, I should have added another really good source of funding for the construction of the new Georgia plant.
That is Pre-Sales !!
they do that all the time with regard to oil and gas projects.
EDE could very well do a deal with a cement coy, such that the cement coy lends funds for construction of the plant upfront, then EDE repays the loan over a term, by repaying it in Edencrete product. The price of that product is set in advance, and usually would be at a cheaper price than the list price. eg instead of the mooted US$25/gal, they might do it at say US$20/gal ??
just a thought, and it is very common in O&G space.
US funders do all sorts of financing deals
