I have also voted already and I have also sent an email to the company. My email clearly and courteously stated my views about the options situation. Within 24 hours I received a reply from the company that was also courteous. To paraphrase the company's response, I was informed that the board of directors had carefully considered executive remuneration and the chairman will address the issue at the AGM.
Let's wait and see what he says and what then becomes clear about the company's plans.
