It had to be done and is the best thing for the company. The problem will be if there is no news between now and the close date, the SP could float below 15c. We could then have a catastrophe on our hands.
If they can release some good news before then i.e. some kind of licencing/hint of deal we could all be getting significantly discounted new shares.
