When will Excelsior Gold blast higher?, page-5

Seems to me a big holder (high net worth investor?) has been quitting his position, and (today excluded) has been carefully supplying whatever the market will bear at 10c +-.
Why sell? Couldn't be the fundamentals, as this story has much promise, and seems to be finally delivering
    A fatigued stale holder?
Or perhaps expectations were too high? E.g. anyone expecting an early dividend probably doesn't appreciate the profile of emerging producers - reinvestment in targeted drilling (the two Davids' expertise) and allowing the bank balance to build as a buffer would be considered more prudent than an early payout and almost certainly will provide a better ROIC.
As per Sandstone's charts, the MACD has the stock poised for an upswing. Of course, this would merely be reflecting fundamentals, but the longer the stock is supressed whilst the company's fortunes build can only result in a sharper, more violent upswing once the resistance dissipates. A positive announcement (such as explanation / resolution regarding the back-half payments by Norton/Zijon of each delivery of ore) might be the catalyst??
