Bergen - VWAP conversion, page-20

So any 5day VWAP would be better than the 20days before 3rd march.

They can accept the 20day vwap prior to the agreement at any time during the next 24 months ?

Do u think Bergen has had a hand in getting the SP lower ? Takes alot of collateral to do that.

But then they get an extra 10 million shares to cover the expense. Especially if they are in a position to push the price back up.

It has looked like a lot of selling to get the SP down. Maybe its a big short, executed by Bergen ? they know they will get the shares back anytime they like.
