The auditors' report on them was signed on 31 March 2016. By Ernst & Young.
Can anyone see any reservations in their report - indeed any reference at all - to going concern? That was last week.
They signed their report on 31 March. When was SGH due to hand in its plans to the bankers?
Was it 31 March?
