Hi John, it was very easy process.
I used currencyonline.com and got usd at near spot for my transaction. Saved me a fortune, broker advised me of the service. So all in all, i am very pleased with the experience.
As for manipulation in Gold, funny that, Gold got slammed on the news
Either way - we are entering a period til June were it can get really volatile. I think sentiment will get a little bearish and alot will lose their positions... I am expecting fireworks in H2...
