am not sure if we covered the point, that the Govt of Georgia almost certainly would not have agreed to provide these incentives, and stick their political heads out, unless they had ensured from the GDOT that the Edencrete product and process was viable, and all EDE's claims were true.

So Govt speaks to GDOT before agreeing to Incentives package.
Thus almost certainty that GDOT will use Edencrete, and probably approve for highway/bridge construction.

The other point I was considering, is that the timetable above will need to take account of the ability of EDE to supply the product. They are upgrading the Colorado plant to 2.5m gals p/a, but that sounds like it will be sold pretty quickly.
