All of this talk about Paducah going ahead is just wrong, because it simply can't !
The real reason for that is that they don't yet have a license, in fact they haven't even applied for one yet as far as I know? but even when they do apply for it, there could be up to a two year wait until it gets approved, once approved it is then they can start building it, I have said for a while now that I saw no urgency in Paducah going ahead, because it is part of the bigger recycling plan but they will not move on it until the pilot plant at Wilmington has been proven and tested by the NRC to make sure that their new regulations for recycling are followed, that will be about half way through 2019 I believe?
