Well that's mostly true. Loren is an employee of a business that services many small companies like WGL. When she says an announcement is forthcoming, it's just what she's received in an e mail from a company rep. He may be working at his "real" job or out of living room for all I know.
Vortex used to have a rented office and warehouse, even if they did nothing with it.
This thing will get put together eventually. Let's just hope some 16 year old doesn't come up with a better mouse trap in the meantime.
