The wording of the announcement to me means they have heard rumours of something happening with GLE and that mixed with the increase in buying has made them enter a TH "to enable Silex to confirm potential changes to the commercialisation arrangements in relation to its SILEX laser-based uranium enrichment technology". This should be a positive outcome, but of course you never know...maybe GLE are pulling the pin.
