Any ideas as to who the 244,475 shares on the sell side at 0.28 is?. It's certainly introduced a cap so that genuine sells have to sell to the very sparse buy queue. It's been there most of the week, taken off at end of day and reappears next morning. One of the problems with low liquidity I guess. Market cap is well below value seeing what they're likely to produce going forward.
