Options Query

Hi guys. I need some assistance here.

I have never done options before and surprisingly just found out I have options avail - MNSXE expiring end of this month.

Questions:
1. Is MNSXE's exercise price at $0.10? Assuming this is correct since a lot of options listing ann lately are quoting $0.10. Cant seem to find this info anywhere.
2. What is the process of converting there into shares? I trade with Commsec. Do I buy via Commsec or by contacting the company?
3. Who do I pay?
4. When do I know I have completed and converted these into shares?
