Its a perfect trap isn't it - if the Saudis don't get Iran included then by freezing output without Iran they're all paying for Iran getting more for the oil it continues to increase production..
Saudis could find themselves with their hands tied - even though they have bought a lot more production close to being online & have to watch their rival grow and grow and take market share - and get good prices created by the freeze...
Iran must be absolutely laughing their heads off - the Russians would be pleading with them - please, please and Iran wants the best weapon systems from Russia which the Saudis , Israel and the other players already know about...
Statement?: ...We have come to a STRONG consensus that we should LIMIT production and that we will work through the MECHANISMS to make that AGREEABLE to all and will be able to IMPLEMENT this upon the next meeting in June...
