However for clarity, my simple model is effective imo, particularly lest government funds be thought by some to be from a magic pudding.

Unless there are productive way to employ a growing number of younger people at the start of their working lives, the proportion of voters earning revenue for the state, rather than just recycling government funds, will drop due to aging demographics.

So the issue, the real issue, is how to employ more younger people at the start of their working lives?

Imo, infrastructure that opens things up, promotes development, including regional development is exactly what is needed. Create skills gaps and fill them. This is why an east coast VFT fires fires my imagination.
