there... thats what i mean: a censorious, finger-wagging statement about how 'some', whoever 'they' are, should think.
i suspect by 'some' you mean welfare recipients but it could also apply to well connected elites.
it matters nothing to the economy what govt funds are seen as so long as they are participating equitably.
i agree with you about infrastructure - simply a necessity.
however a vft is still just a train... but a proper nbn offers much more potential for the future.
