Thanks for digging up that information Ivan, unfortunate as the news seems
I really think the banks primarily forced ARI into VA to remove the board from the equation. To come out of VA we need an alternative board that the lenders will trust. The banks would probably prefer VA to end as soon as possible as it is a waste of cash, they just need a viable alternative.
