I am trying to read between the lines. What he really meant was no consolidation needed, cause we should be at the $1.00 point shortly without a consolidation.

Not all SH's are technical unfortunately, a lot are just normal mums and dads, so I think all report should be non ambiguous and in "English". That doesn't mean exclusion of technical info for those savvy in the game; could be in the form of an addendum.
