I'm not sure they sold it off. I think that they 'dropped' those tenements and some 'mind-reader' pegged the ground at midnight that day. WA is focussed on Cosmos so the gold at Bellevue isn't of interest to them but it may be of interest to some of their friends. Last I heard the mind readers were private so that's where my trail ran cold. From me it's purely speculation, hope and guesswork. It wouldn't be the first re-entering of a closed high-grade mine in WA that was successful though. If it is Bellevue, and that's a big 'if' because I do not know, then it would be the perfect project IMO. High grade, near existing infrastructure, easy to permit, close to Lawlers mine.
