So we knew we wouldn't be doing business in QLD, so we now dismantle the entire demonstration plant and ship it to China.
CNX are the most advanced in China , we have a JV and Chinese partners...The faster the company acts to set up in China the better for all of us.
I think a legal case could be heard against the QLD regulators, they must have known this was in the pipeline, a Knee jerk reaction from them is 3 months.... but they will all be redundant by Friday with packages and re hired into new positions on Monday,,,,,,,,,same old same
