Good for you stayo - I have family your vintage still shearing 150+ sheep a day though I'm not sure they could "plank" for 10 minutes or do a 1000 pushups/situps - my frame would get in the road...
I'm not interested in the name calling stayso and I'm sure plenty of others are hearing crickets reading this back and forth - you use words that are designed to make me respond stayso but I haven't been called gutless since school days in fact lots of this stuff feels very much like I'm back in the schoolyard - with your posts like "don't like him" - your just missing "you stink and you've got no friends & no-body likes you".. you see stayso when you do things like that you've exposed yourself to others...
I'll turn the other cheek stayso so that no-one else needs to read - whatever it is.... I'm hearing crickets myself..
