Firstly I am not an Australian but here in NZ when Govt make such a drastic change in direction there is compensation. Lowering fishing quotas you get compensation, reducing forestry cutting you get compensation. These Govt organisations in many facets have delayed and charged like wounded bulls surely it can be proven that they have commercially wasted the time of CNX?
