abuman,
my take on this is different.
There have whispers behind closed doors about Ching downgrade - which has made the share price very shaky of late.
By getting this announcement out - its public - the sh*t can hit the fan (as it has today) - the worst news is a possible 50% downgrade - we can all build the worst case into the price - and move on.
Any good news next week will have a clear run now - as hopefully, the market has now confidently fully priced the Ching problems into the stock.
I think it was smart information management by Hermoince (I have adopted this name for Simon Potter).
Today was tough - but I sold my short term trading position at $1.635 - so I am actually better off than I was 2 days ago. Still hurting though - and thinking that the child labor laws are maybe too restrictive - it would be useful to take the kids out of (private) school and sending them down the mines.
