I'm going to make some predictions (disclaimer: just for fun using uneducated guesses).

Rally to $2 before grant announced...first trading day after grant announced...$3.50 if grant awarded - 30c if not awarded.

Reasons: The problems encountered so far can be put down to a learning experience - the fundamental viability of the project has not really changed. Then with cashflow problems out of the way, surely the company could be worth substantially more than the previous record high. Confidence greatest than ever.

Without a grant investor confidence would be shattered...they would need to do a re-raising - hope would fade.
