    April 19 (Reuters) - Aspen Group Ltd (APZ) :

    • Says discussions have proceeded since that time but no agreement to proceed

      with the mhc proposal has yet been reached

    • Says as a result, the heads of agreement as announced on 23 February has now

      automatically terminated

    • Says the parties continue discussions
