there are lots of new small iron ore players in the midwest with various degrees of involvement-it is probably in their interest to consolidate to achieve a critical mass in overcoming all the constraints of infrastructure, funding, resource quality, resource size, marketing, facilities, time frames, income streams, etc etc.- until that happens in the mean time, there will be much haggling, negotiating and armwrestling between the parties
