Well SP does matter if they are going to CR and dilute the existing holders by giving instos a discount to sell back into market. I remember reading that profit was forecast without the need for a further CR after the IPO. Anyway done now...hope your right and we see some progress on the financial side of things...signing 1000 clients is useless if you can't monetize the product.
