We need to get more than HOA and MOU etc and the investment from valentia hopefully will get other fund managers to handover cash too. If they manage to secure all the financing imminently ( ) what is the critical path and duration to getting a tower built. Are all approvals in place, Are purchase agreements in place, what engineers will be involved, will the tower be built in precast sections (made in China then shipped and erected or will it be built with slip forming, Is there any research being undertaken on materials for the canopy. Ie some of the plastic skins some buildings (Chinese olympic pool building) have now a days are pretty speccy but how would it perform. So many questions that would be nice to know. As Investors we could then search for procurement contract clues etc in other companies that relate to an EVM order.
