Great work ivan. This really changes things in my opinion. I am no lawyer but if we only need to show non disclosure then I think we would have a very good chance. Allan Grey's dump prior to announcement of GSO deal aside, the mere fact the company was placed in administration does not stack up given the communication from the board in the lead up to VA. We were told at the half yearly that the company foresaw no problem meeting its debt covenants for the next 12 months. Fast forward 6 weeks and the board places us in VA with no explanation as to what had changed to make the situation so dire.
