thanks for pointing out my error. You are of course quite correct.
I posted just after talking to a Banker who mentioned debt-for-equity swaps. As we both know, however, there are plenty of ways to skin this cat. I am convinced that raising funding for the new plant will be fairly easy and the chosen financing method will be positive for all concerned. IMHO as soon as the GDOT starts ordering plenty of "financing" avenues will open up!
