charting can be very effective as part of a fundamental approach but is certainly only part of the formula to see probable trends, TLS is a large cap stock with a diverse investment including international, it has paid a stable dividend and oscillates in terms of sp.
It is entirely probable that TLS will see last years $6.40 range making it a standout buy and hold particularly if you do do so for 12 months, a top quality business with a long history of stable earnings what more could anyone ask for anyway these are my opinions only and do not constitute advice in any respect a review of fundamentals will only confirm the quality of TLS and its management.
