The delays in gazetting,and drilling ann,as always causes many to see the risks,and think of the worst,hence sp weakness,but i also think the lomob is also adding to the sp pressure,but if we look back every time we have delays,they all end well and sp recovers,and those who panic usually are the lossers.As i have stated many times these delays whether they are the result of ango;ian officials,or just part of bod stratergy,and time everything to line up nicely with updates to deliver the biggest bang.As allways my view,gltah.
