    April 20 (Reuters) - NetComm Wireless Ltd (NTC) :

    • Placement and spp (NTC)
    • Underwritten placement of ordinary shares to raise $50 million
    • Co will also be undertaking offer to eligible Netcomm Wireless shareholders to participate in spp to raise up to an additional $10 million
