Looks like the sellers are definitely drying up. May see an nice climb back to 2.5c shortly, there is no doubt Hishenk are actively still buying and are happy to pay more, don't forget the previous, previous announcement by them was for $172,000 at an average of 2.2c so they'd pay more for sure.
