I think what differentiates TBI trials to Retts and FX is the use of biomarkers, and so probably a more "convincing" proof of efficacy in comparison to questionnaires or other non biological tests. Would also be proof of being an anti inflammatory which is the common cause of the many CNS disorders listed in the Annual Report.
So IMO this is the biggie...if a good result doesn't shake things up, nothing will...Good Luck to all
